Before you decide to send an email or make an appointment, there are some things you should know first:
Sessions and emails are only offered in English.
Since success is entirely dependent upon you, there are no refunds.
For web conferencing, if you’re late, it comes off your clock not mine.
If you schedule an appointment and don’t show up (you’re a no-show), 100% of the paid fee is non-refundable.
If you schedule an appointment then cancel with 24 hours notice, 50% of the paid fee is non-refundable and 50% credited to your next scheduled session which must be made within 7 (seven) days of the original appointment.
All appointments are completely confidential. You will never see an excerpt of our session with your photo published as a testimonial.
